Unless you live under a rock you have heard about the Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19. We know from the media this virus is contagious. At this point the best way to stay healthy is prevention and taking precautionary steps.

We have a few helpful tips to help try to keep you safe and healthy during this pandemic:

- Always wash your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds. (Sing Happy Birthday in your head or out loud whatever you feel comfortable with. Just because this is a pandemic doesn’t mean you can’t have a little fun)

- Wear gloves if you are out in public and want to take extra precaution. (especially at places you serve yourself)

- Keep your hands off your face. By touching our faces we are making it easier for the virus to find it’s way into our mouths.

- Don’t eat or drink after anyone.

- Stay away from highly crowded or populated areas.

- Clean all surfaces in your home or work station. (hard surfaces- countertops, toilets, showers, etc. soft surfaces- couches, carpets, bedding, etc.)
