And men…don’t think you can turn this off, breast cancer while rare in men, can affect one in 1,000 men.

• Tip #1: Don’t smoke; smoking significantly increases your risk of breast cancer.
• Tip #2: Be physically active and control your weight. If you’ve been looking for a reason to get active again, don’t wait for that New Years resolution.
• Tip #3: Don’t drink. The more you drink, the greater your risk of developing breast cancer.
